Llamau is an organisation that strongly believes in promoting and ensuring equality of opportunity for all service users and staff. As an organisation, Llamau endeavours to meet the cultural, religious and linguistic needs of all ethnic groups in the local community who use our service.

We employ staff from a range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds who provide positive role models to our service users. Within the staff team, we are able to offer services in Welsh, Somali and Arabic. As an organisation we would endeavour to arrange interpretation facilities for any service user as necessary.
